Sterilize all components using a specially designed sterilizer or by boiling for 5 minutes in hot water. Ensure that nipple is in correct position during reassembly onto bottle to prevent leaks. Avoid over tightening. Exercise care while cleaning nipple. Do not turn nipple inside out or wash anti-colic vent using a bottle brush as this may damage the walls of the vent.
