To Wear:wrap strap just below knee, with Pressure Pad directly under kneecap, against skin.Loop strap through buckle and adhere fastener.Adjust strap until fit is firm, yet comfortable. Do Not constrict blood flow.
Care:Close strap fastener before washing.Hand wash with mild soap in warm (not hot) water; rinse well; air dry.Do not machine wash, tumble dry, dry clean, or use bleach or fabric softener.
