How To Use :

Cold Treatment 

Pour ice cubes or ice water directly inside the bag, fill up 2/3 full and close the lid tightly. 

Place the ice bag directly onto the affected area.  If it is too cold, wrap a cloth around the bag before touching the affected area.  

Hot Treatment 

Pour some tap water inside the bag first before pouring hot water, fill up 2/3 full and close the lid tightly. Place the warm bag directly onto the affected area. If it is too hot, wrap a cloth around the bag before touching the affected area. 

After Use 

Simply pour out the water/ice cubes, air dry it before storing away 

Cautions 

Do not freeze the water bag in a freezer 

Hot water cannot be more than 65 degree celsius 

Do not use on open wounds
