Since it is a water based product, it does take a minute or two to dry, but once dry, it is very durable and very impacting. Each of the shades listed below has been formulated for maximum impact and shelf life. In the event that you have certain colors you wish to apply not available, use GlitterGlam Clear Mixing Base to mix with ANY cosmetic powdered glitter you may have in your makeup kit.
