Water Wigs returns and exchange policy Most of our customers are very satisfied with their purchase, however if in the unlikely event you would like to return an item or exchange it, please read this information carefully. With your order you should of recieved a returns/exchange form. When sending your item back, please make sure this is fully completed and enclosed. If you are requesting an exchange, you will need to pay a postage charge in order for us to send the new item out, Important returning tips If your item is unused, labels are still intact, it is in its original packaging and has not been not brushed, cut or had any contact with hair spray, perfume or cigarettes we can accept it back within 7 days. If the item doesn’t meet these criteria then this will invalidate any refund or exchange promise as it will be classed as used and will be returned to you at your own expense.
