发热丝常见问题
关于材质:市场上常见的发热丝按材质区分主要要铁铬丝、镍铬丝、钛丝、316L不锈钢丝四种在所有发热丝中,康泰尔A1丝最为普遍,以钛丝和316L不锈钢丝的性能最安全,镍丝应用最为普遍成熟。追求安全性第一的可以选择钛丝,追求口感极致的可以选择镍丝,如果而这要求都非常高,而且使用的优势最新的控制芯片的话,可以考虑316L不锈钢丝。避免了镍丝生成的羰基镍,也避免了钛丝的呛人口感,目另外由于材质不同,绕丝的技巧也不同,钛丝、316L不锈钢丝可以密绕,而镍丝则只能松绕,镍丝不能烧红淬火定型,而钛丝和316L不锈钢丝则可以。
关于规格:每种材质的发热丝都是有不同的规格,不同的规格直径(粗细)不一样。

小提示:进行烧丝时,还没开始变红会先冒起一缕青烟,这一缕青烟正是在高温中,发热丝表面的产生氧化物或灰尘被清除的产生的烟雾,闻起来感觉像是烧焦的味道。
