Dedicated Sleep and Wake-up Programs: When it is time to fall asleep, Aura uses certain red wavelengths that favor the secretion of Melatonin in your body, consequently easing the onset of sleep. When it is time to wake-up, Aura gradually lights up with well-defined blue wavelengths that inhibit the secretion of Melatonin, contributing to a smooth wake-up. Smart Alarm that Adapts to Your Sleep Pattern: Aura offers a Smart WakeUP function that adapts the timing of your wake-up program to your personal sleep cycles, using the data recorded during the night by the Sleep Sensor. Smart WakeUP will adjust wake-up time slightly to ensure you emerge revived from a light sleep cycle.

Seamlessly Track Your Sleep & Room Environment

Discreet sleep sensor placed under your mattress measures heart rate, breathing cycles and body movement to detect and analyze sleep. Environmental sensing Bedside Lamp analyzes sound, temperature and light levels throughout the night, noting any degradation of the quality of sleep due to your bedroom's environment.

All of Aura's functions are triggered by a touch-sensitive interface. Precisely assess your sleep and compare your nights in the free Health Mate App (iOS and Android). Analysis and easy to read graph showcasing the different stages of sleep (light, deep and REM) and key sleep quality indicators (duration of sleep, time it took to fall asleep, number of wake-ups). Syncs all data through Bluetooth or Wi-Fi.

Spotify and Nest Compatibility

Withings is proud to partner with Nest and Spotify to provide even more features for our users. Aura can play music from your Spotify Premium account, including curated Wake-up and Sleep playlists, as well as more than 20,000 web radio stations. Nest integration allows automatic adjustment of the temperature to cut heating costs and improve your sleep environment. When the Aura detects you are awake, a notification restores the original temperature settings.
