The Unimi double-sided grinding stone is easy to sharpenable both sides and is a convenient grindstone.

There are for intermediate finish and finish sharpening, and it can be used in two ways with one.

For medium finishing (# 2000) please use when cutting edge sharpness, for finish sharpening (# 6000) for better sharpness.

How to sharpen knives

1. Before use, soak the grindstone in water for about 2 to 5 minutes, please include enough water.

2. Please place the whetstone firmly and stably on the place of peace.

3. Please prepare the ball or bat with water.

(Because it is water for sharpening while wearing water, whatever it is.

4. Hold the knife so that the blade hits the wheel with an angle of 10 to 30 degrees.

5. Since the abrasive (grinding) is mixed in "shikakusu" (sticky skimpy) which comes out while sharpening, please sharpen while sequentially refilling water without washing it off.

6. After sharpening, you can create "burrs" (thin burrs of metal on the cutting edge) on the back side of the cutting edge.

Sharpen the back side 2 to 3 times lightly, sharpen up if you get "frog".

You can see "frog" clearly when you touch it.

7. After using the grindstone, wash the grinding residue with water, dry it in the shade and keep it.
