Please ensure your registered email address is correct in case we need to contact you， but if we receive no reply by the shipping date your item will be sent without engraving! engraved products are non-returnable/refundable， unless an error has been made on our part. Double check all spellings! we will cut and paste your required text into our machine so please ensure that this is correct before completing your purchase.
