Return & Exchange Policy

Exchange will be possible if wrong items were delivered by Miss Sugar shop's  fault.

Exchange Exclusions

Ø  Size issues   -   Measurement  is subject to max 2-3cm error tolerance, depending on the measurement method by individual. Please read the measurement chart carefully before you choose your size.

Ø  Color issues   - The colors you see on the monitor might be slightly different from the actual colors of goods, due to various reasons.

Ø  The product must be in its original condition. Items worn and stained or applied with perfume(or other smell), or  washed ,sent for dry cleaning or damaged, are not applicable for exchange.

Ø  Promotional items cannot be exchanged or refunded. 

How to exchange

ØAll exchange requests must be received by emails(sugarshop83@yahoo.com.sg). Only within 7days from the date of delivery.

       ØMiss Sugar Shop will reply your exchange request as soon as possible.

ØThe customer has to bear full delivery charges, if the items are eligible for exchange.
