The Zinsser Bulls Eye 1-2-3 Water-Based White Interior/Exterior Primer and Sealer can be used on a variety of surfaces throughout the whole house. It adheres well to glossy surfaces, including tile and enameled trim. The primer inhibits rust on new metal and is ideal for application on alkaline surfaces. The finish seals tannin bleed and resists mold and mildew growth. Its breathable, flexible finish resists blistering and peeling.
