Items sold are not exchangable and not refundable. 
For store pick-up options, redemption is only valid with Qoo10 Mobile App to confirm collection of items. No printed vouchers will be accepted.
Customers have to call 90911329 (Melody) to arrange for store-pick up after purchase.
The Management reserves the right to change the terms and conditions without prior notice.
