Extra Long EVA Foam Handle The normally 5 ½" handle has been extended to 10 ½". The extension provides versatility in changing terrain when switching hand grips becomes necessary. The EVA foam material gives it an excellent all weather soft comfortable feel. EVA foam also absorbs moisture from sweaty hands.

Specially Made Hand Strap has been widened and thickened for extra comfort. It has a tough black braided fabric on the outside and a super soft wool lining on the inside. The lining "breathes" and absorbs sweat to make you more comfortable on long hikes. The strap length is easily adjusted to fit your hand comfortably.

New Quick Lock System can be used to easily adjust the pole height from a minimum of 44" to a maximum of 53"

Folds Down to 13.5" Shaft sections are connected by elastic cord. When disassembled, the pole can be stowed in the included cloth bag and will fit easily in your pack or even your briefcase.

Strong Shaft is made of super tough 7075-T6 aircraft grade aluminum alloy. This alloy is often referred to as the strongest aluminum alloy because it has the strength of many steels, while retaining aluminum's lightweight qualities. The surface of the alloy is created through an advanced oxidation process. It is very hard and protects the metal from weathering and corrosion.

Tungsten Steel Tip is extremely hard and excellent for use on the roughest hiking trails. Included also are a Rubber Point Cover for use on pavement and a Snow Saucer for use in snow.
