Customer reviews from Japan:
After-sales service was patchy with quality guarantee of 18 months
Even if I pressed the button, it did not react after 2 months from purchase. Since it was usable until that time, it seems to be caused by the fact that the courier became dark and the position of the button was not understood, and it pushed hard. (Since it is designated at night) Because people come in and out at year-end and new year, I thought that I had to purchase new ones. If you look at your website, it was written that there is quality assurance for 18 months even after the return period, so I sent an e-mail to chat support of PECHAM's support center on no claim. Then the reply came soon. This time, we sent new items from support center immediately, so we decided not to purchase new items. If the reply did not arrive soon, I bought another one. The first review was one star. But after receiving quick after-sales service, I will change it to four stars. When I say greedy, I often get light, so I think that the position of the button is easy to understand even at night even if it is border around the button such as luminescent paint.
It is a good product.
Because the original chime is near the entrance, there are times when it is difficult to hear when closing the door of the room. Buy this product. Since it only plugs the chime into an outlet, it is very handy to install in the room. However, people who push the push buttons often do not feel like they are ringing because they do not hear chime sounds and are often hit hard. Even if you write "I hear it by pressing once" next to the push button, there are many people who still ring at least two times. I felt it was necessary to give the visitor a "feeling of ringing" by setting two chimes and one child near the entrance. Although double-sided tape is attached, because it is a metal door by rent, I attached it to the door using magnetic tape.
Satisfied
I attached the receiver to the innermost living room of 1F. The distance to the transmitter was about 30 m apart, so I was worried whether radio waves would arrive but it was received without problems. However, unfortunately, if the outlet of the plug-in mouth is two holes, one hole is wasted because the width and width of the receiver are wide, so I corresponded with the extension cord, but I think this performance is wonderful at this price
Everything is just right.
The delivered box was simple and fashionable. I did not expect it because the price is cheap, but everything was more than I expected. There were other fashionable items in the wireless chime, but the design I understood at a glance as "chime" was just right. As it's a chime, it will end in a moment, so you may miss it, but if it's a melody it's OK. I made it to "M ~ Mori ~ ♪". Driver · double sided tape · guide plate and accessories are absolutely complete, it is perfect. Even if the thing at hand breaks, I think I will order the same thing again.
It is a good product
I gave a gift to my parents house (^ - ^) Although the distance of the entrance was a little far apart, wiring did not enter, it was very convenient. When the chime rings, light comes in, so it's easy to use for old people. Moreover, not music as usual, music is flowing, I am very happy 😃
High quality
Because I am doing sales at home and working in a room where I can not hear the interphone, when delivery companies and others came, despite designating time, I did not realize delivering again or was in trouble It was. The button is attached to the entrance of the first floor, and the room is about 20 meters behind in the second floor, there are about 3 walls to be obstructed, but I will let you know well. I'm glad I bought it. Thank you very much.
Convenient.
I bought a new building for my friend. One may be missing but it was useful anyway. I feel good to hear sound well and sound good.
