Do note to measure the width of your strap end using a ruler before purchase, especially if your strap is tapered (not straight cut). For example a 24mm tapered strap might have a 22mm width end, as such a 22mm buckle would be more suitable. Do not assume that both strap width ends are of the same measurement. Measure before purchase and be guaranteed satisifed customer!

Shipping Info 

• We only use Singpost registered mail with tracking number to assure delivery to customers.
• Delivery will take 2 to 5 working days on ideal case. 
• Please note that we are not responsible for any lost of mail as all deliveries are through registered mail.

Returns 

• One to one exchange upon 7 days of receipt in the event wrong item is being shipped to customer. Please ensure that tags or blue tape packaging is not removed from item.
  
• It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that they have correctly measured the size of their watch strap before placing orders. We will deliver according to orders placed by customers. No exchanges/refunds will be made after item is being shipped out.
