Machine washable! My son just grew out of his preemie clothes, so we needed some NB PJ's. These are too big, which is nice, because he can grow into them / wear them longer. I bought 4 other sets of PJ's from Walmart and they are all small. He already doesn't fit in some of them but these are still going strong.
