<br />General Instructions
<br />1. Download and Install the App 
<br />a. Make sure your mobile devices are connected to the network properly (Wi-Fi);
<br />b .For Android phone users, download the free app by searching "Sannce Cam" in "Google Play Store", scanning the QR-Code on the package or logging in www.sanncegroup.com.
<br />c. For iPhone or iPad users, download the free app by searching "Sannce Cam" in "App Store" or scanning the QR-Code on the package.
<br />
<br />2. Connect the IP Camera
<br />a. Install the Wi-Fi antenna. Twist the antenna tightly and point it upwards;(For built-in antenna devices or integrated devices, please skip these steps).
<br />b. Plug in the power adapter of the IP camera;
<br />c. Connect the router (Working Frequency: 2.4GHz,make sure DHCP of the router is on). Insert one end of the Ethernet cable into the router and the other end into the Ethernet port of the IP camera, please wait for about one minute while the cameras is connecting to the router automatically(For devices without Ethernet port, please skip these steps).
<br />
<br />3. Add Device (Take Android phone as an example)
<br />Please configure the Wi-Fi network before the first use of the IP camera.
<br />Method 1: Wireless Connection (For devices without Ethernet port)
<br />A. Wireless Configuration Wi-Fi
<br />Step 1: Start the App "Sannce Cam", Click on "Add Device";
<br />Step 2: Click on "Wireless Configuration Wi-Fi";
<br />Step 3: Click on "Camera";
<br />Step 4: Click on "Next";
<br />Step 5: Input the Wi-Fi password, align your mobile phone speaker to the microphone of the IPC. Click on "Start Configuration";
<br />Step 6: Wait for about 60 seconds after  Connecting start .;
<br />Step 7: Click on ID number after "Connecting successful";
<br />Step 8: Click on the upper right "Done", the default password is blank;
<br />Step 9: The device is working and shows online.;
<br />If "connection successful" doesn t appear, go back to Step 5 and reconfigure the device.
<br />
<br />B. AP (Hotspot) connection
<br />Note: A and B are  two different Wi-Fi configuration methods, we recommend you try method A in the first place, and
<br /> if it doesn't work for the camera then try method B, for method B only applies to certain models. 
<br />Step 1: Open phone settings, select the WLAN settings, search the Wi-Fi camera ID, Wi-Fi camera ID prefixes are: XLT-, XWL-, HSL- etc;
<br />Step 2: Click on ID, password: 0123456789, finish WLAN connection;
<br />Step 3: Start the App "Sannce Cam", Click on "Add Device";
<br />Step 4: Click on "Search device in Lan";
<br />Step 5: Click on search the device ID;
<br />Step 6: Click on the upper right "Done", the default password is blank;
<br />Step 7: The device shows online, please click on settings button;
<br />Step 8: Click on "Wi-Fi Setting";
<br />Step 9: Click on "Wi-Fi Manager";
<br />Step 10: When you get the SSID (2.4GHz) of the wireless router, choose it and input the password and click on "Done" on the top right. And the cameras will reboot (You can hear a "click" sound) and connect to the Wi-Fi network automatically ;
<br />
<br />Method 2: Wired Connection (For devices with Ethernet port)
<br />Please make sure the camera and phone are in the same network.
<br />A.Search the ID of the IP camera in local network and start connection
<br />Step 1: Start the App "Sannce Cam", Click on "Add Device";
<br />Step 2: Click on "Search device in Lan";
<br />Step 3: Click on search the device ID;
<br />Step 4: Click on the upper right "Done", the default password is blank;
<br />Step 5: The device shows online, please click on settings button;
<br />Step 6: Click on "Wi-Fi Setting";
<br />Step 7: Click on "Wi-Fi Manager";
<br />Step 8: When you get the SSID (2.4GHz) of the wireless router, choose it and input the password and click on "Done" on the top right. And the cameras will reboot (You can hear a "click" sound) and connect to the Wi-Fi network automatically (Figure 8);
<br />
<br />Note: When all the configurations are done, you can unplug the Ethernet cable and enjoy wireless monitoring.
<br />
<br />Method 3: Other Available Connection Methods
<br />This is only under the circumstance that your IP camera is already connected to the Wi-Fi, if not, please connect it to the Wi-Fi first.
<br />A. Scan the QR-Code on the back of the IP camera to get its ID, and add camera, shown as below:
<br />
<br />B. Input the ID of the IP camera manually, and add device, shown as below:
<br />
<br />Reset Button:
<br />Long press the "Reset" button for 5 seconds, the camera will reboot (you can hear a "click" sound), and it will automatically restore to factory settings. So you have to do the Wi-Fi settings again after its reboot.
<br />Note: When you try to reset the camera, please make sure it is powered on.
<br />
<br />4.View the Footage (On Browser, PC, or mobile devices, here we ll take smartphone as an example)
<br />
<br />A. View from the Web (IE browser): Input the IP address of the camera in the address bar, and double click to view live video. (Please install the plug-in before the first use);
<br />B. View from PC: Install the PC client software, add device (use camera ID or IP address) and start live viewing.
<br />Note: When you re viewing the footage on computer, web, Android devices, iPhone or iPad for the first time, please install the corresponding software in advance.
