Function Instruction:

Operation Instructions:
Mode conversion
1. Touch the B button to start LED animation. It will first display the time. After 5 seconds， there will be an animation to remind closing the LED display.
2. In time display mode， hold B button for 3 seconds to enter the hour setting; hold B button for another 3 seconds to enter minutes setting; hold B button for another 3 seconds to enter the year setting， hold B button for another 3 seconds to enter the month setting; hold B button for another 3 seconds to enter the date setting. (Lightly touch the screen to set)
3. In the time setting mode， press the B button to adjust the value.
If there is no any operation in 4， 5 seconds， it will automatically exit to normal time display.

Heartbeat Instructions. (Recommendation: test in non-sport situations):
When wearing watch on left wrist， touch the B button twice under the normal time mode， heart-shaped symbol will appear， then use right index finger touch and hold on D point to read the current heart rate directly.
1. If there is no heartbeat， it will automatically turn off LED display after 6 seconds.
2. If there heartbeat exists， but there is no reasonable data， it will automatically turn off LED display after 15 seconds.
3. If it detects the valid value of heartbeat only for once， it will only display the current heartbeat data， and automatically turn off LED display after 5 seconds.
