Steps:
1) Clean tummy area.
2) Paste the patch on belly button area.
3) Leave it for 3-5hours. Then peel it off and apply lotion.

To take note that some people will experience some redness or itch after the treatment but this is normal as the patch has adhesive on it, it is the skin irritation with the adhesive, so just apply lotion after peel off the patch. (For me, I never apply lotion, I just leave it and awhile my skin turn back normal. But some people won't have this issue, so depends on individual. :) )
