How to use ● Sushi: 3 cooked rice (4 servings)
4 tablespoons vinegar, 4-5 tablespoons sugar, 2 teaspoons salt
● Vinegar of vinegared sauce
Misugi vinegar: vinegar 3, soy sauce 1, sugar 2
Sweet vinegar: vinegar 3, sugar 2
● handmade dressing & marinade
Japanese style: vinegar 3, olive oil etc. 3, soy sauce 3, sugar 1
