Glucosamine is a basic building block that helps maintain joint cartilage to support joint comfort, mobility and flexibility. Chondroitin helps support joint lubrication and cushioning that helps support joint flexibility. MSM is a source of sulfur which is a mineral used by the body in collagen, connective tissue and joint cartilage. Some studies have shown that for Glucosamine to be effective it needs to be in high doses >1000mg and combined with Chondroitin and MSM. This product has 1500mg Glucosamine and 800mg Chondroitin and 750mg of MSM many brands have well below 1000mg and only Glucosamine or Chondroitin. This product comes in Caplet form which is a smother form of a tablet making it easier to swallow.
