To accurately measure liquid ingredients, you place either the 2 tsp. or 1 tsp. gizmo into the liquid ingredient and pull up the plunger to the slit indicating 1/4, 1/2, 3/4 or 1 tsp. in the 1 tsp. syringe. The 2 tsp. capacity syringe is marked at the 1/2, 1, 1 1/2, and 2 tsp. levels. Once filled, depress the plunger into the cooking bowl or cup and wash the syringe. # 182341
