Usage:
¤ Use cloth gently break to open the ampoule, apply the product on targeted areas such as abdomen, hips, thighs, knees and arms, basically the areas that you want it to be firm/tighten/burning of fats. Pat or massage firmly until the product fully absorbed, best to couple with wrap (clingwrap works wonders *yes, those in your kitchen =)

Caution:
¤ The redness and warmness may appear on the applied skin areas, its normal and will eventually go off within minutes. It also can be reduced by rinising off with plenty of cool water if you are unable to bear with the warmness.
