Faith, family, friends . . . the perfect blend for joy without end Chocolate Peppermint Bread 1/4 c. flour 1/4 tsp. baking powder 1/8 tsp. salt 3 Tbsp. cocoa powder 1/4 c. sugar 2 Tbsp. butter, softened 1 egg 3 Tbsp. milk 1 Tbsp. peppermint baking chips Mix all ingredients in mixing bowl. Pour into greased loaf pan. Bake in microwave on high for 2 1/2 minutes. If not done, cook in 10-second intervals until done. Top with marshmallow creme and sprinkle with additional peppermint baking chips. Enjoy!.
