Carnosine acts as a hydrogen ion blocker, which is crucial when it comes to muscle endurance as hydrogen ions cause the muscle tissue acidity to rise, leading to muscle fatigue. By promoting intramuscular carnosine levels, Beta-Alanine will give you the extra endurance that you need to blast through your workout.*

PRODUCT DIRECTIONS / ADDITIONAl INFO
As a dietary supplement, mix one scoop (12.5 grams) of BCAA Matrix in 8 oz of cold water. Take up to two (2) scoops daily. For better results, sip throughout your workout. On non-training days, drink in the afternoon or between meals.
