The appearance is medium garnet in colour. There are classic Pinot Noir characters of forest floor with aromas of cranberry, rose hip water, cedar and spice notes. There are undertones of vanillin and mahogany oak also. The palate is light, restrained and elegant. There are flavours of strawberry, cranberry and lifted sour cherry. Tannin is silky smooth with a long savoury finish.
