Warranty Policy
The warranty is covered by the Manufacturer of the item and can be claimed only in Malaysia. Please ship your product directly to the authorized service center as provided by the Seller.
Thank you for choosing XMA product. Your product are provide with FREE services within the warranty period against manufacturing faults or any operational defects in material and workmanship for one (1) year from the date of purchase.
1. This warranty is void if:
The product is damage by accident, mishandling, fire, lightening, nature disaster, abnormal voltage usage and/or failure to follow enclosed manual instructions.
The product is repair by unauthorized technician.
The product without dealer's signature &stamp, and owner's details are not fill-in clearly or any alterations made against the actual/correct information. E.g. name, membership number, invoice's number or invoice’s date.
Original warranty card and invoice does not accompany product.
2. XUN XIN TRADING SDN BHD or authorized dealers will not be responsible or liable on any special/consequential damages due to causes whereby beyond the controls
3. XMA undertakes the responsibility of implementation of this warranty on behalf of the manufacturer
