White Willow Bark

Comes from a Euro-Asian tree with distinctive white leaves. Famous for it's main ingredient salicin, it has resulted in the creation of the pain killer acetylsalicylic acid (ASA). Not surprisingly it is an excellent ingredient in skin care formulations where it is used to treat acne, inflammation, control sebum, and best of all as a gentle but effective anti-bacterial exfoliant.


Vegetable Glycerin

Derived from coconut plant material. It is invaluable for it's emollient-like properties and assists the skin in retaining moisture.


Bamboo

Helping to maintain moisture levels in skin, Bambusa Vulgaris (Bamboo) may protect the skin against bacteria and fungus, helping avoid various skin troubles. Bambusa Vulgaris extract contains abundant antioxidants and vitamins, and is also a rich source of flavone, phenolic acid, lactone, and polyose.
