Due to fake Runzina Products appearing in China in the month of March, we are currently in the process of Making Authentication Seals for all our products. All Authentication seals will have a unique serial number that can be checked against via calling Our Customer Serivce number in China. Authentiction seals are due to be ready by July 2015. Do look out for them and make sure you got an authentic Runzina Product.

China's Cosmetics and skincare industry is going through a big pharse of change. As of 1st June 2015, China's Food and Drug Adminstration (CFDA) requires all cosmetics and skin care products not meant for special purpose that are produced in China to be lab tested by and registered with the CFDA. Runzina is please to announced that we are amongst the first few brands to get registered with the CFDA for all existing products including products not meant for export. Rest assure that all Runzina products are lab tested and has passed all tests for materials that are harmful to health. We also did additional tests for all ingredients used to be certified for safety levels and fit for usage on human beings. These additional tests are additional costs to us and goes beyond our respondiility but we are doing it in hope of gaining more consumers trust. We thank all customers, old and new for the support that has been given to us since our beginning.

You heard of Snail Cream or even use it before?

As most would have already know, we are a manufacturer of Cosmectics and TCM products. Unknown to many consumers, there are actually different grades of the snail cream differentiated by their Snail Mucin Content. Thus the reason for the vast difference in prices of the end product by different brands. Being a manufacturer, we produced Snail Cream for export to beauty salons in Hong Kong, Korea and Taiwan. To make sure that effects can be felt and even seen by their customers, our customers requires us to produce Snail Cream with only high snail mucin content to meet their market needs. These are not products you can get off the shelve of a departmental store. In order for them to make a reasonable profit from products of this grade, they have to sell at a high price and thus it would normally only be sold as part of a beauty package in Salons.

After selling over 1 tonne of Snail cream to these salons, we have decided that such a good product should be shared with the public, so we bring to you the same high grade product at a reasonable retail price simply because we skip the wholesaler and the retailers process to give you the best bang for your buck. To show proof of this, we created a new brand and packaging for the product we sell to the spas and salons and you will not find this brand or packaging anywhere else in the world because we made it ourselves!

Why is the travel pack cheaper to buy? The cost savings comes from the packaging. It is a known fact in our industry that the packaging used for products can cost as high as 150% of the cost of the actual product. Though the travel packs are cheaper to purchase, please also note that it is also more prone to wastage of residue left in the packs. Travel packs are also unsealable and thus the product quality can start to degenerate over time if not stored in a proper container. Once a pack is opened, please use it in 3 days if the contents is not transferred for storage in a seperate container that can be sealed.
