1) Delivery is via normal postage within Singapore only.

2) Payment is to be made either direct to GMarket or to my POSB bank account.

3) Item will be mailed out within 7~15 working days from date of order.

4) For registered mail, please add S$3.00 per package.

5) We will not be responsible for any damaged or lost parcel during the delivery process. Hence, registered mail is always strongly recommended.

6) Item sold is strictly non-exchangable and non-refundable. Please read carefully and ask any question before buying.

Q: Are the items located in stock?
A: We usually do not hold stock and all of our items are pre-ordered.

Q: How long do I have to wait for items not located in stock?
A: We will purchase your order on every Monday of the week and usually items take 7~15 working days to arrive Singapore. A SMS notification will be given when your order is ready for mailing.

Q: What happen if my pre-order item is out of stock?
A: A SMS notification will be given should your item runs out of stock. You can then decide if you want to change or cancel your order and we will act upon your instructions.

Q: What should I do in case of damaged or lost parcel?
Please contact us within 2 days of receiving your order or immediately if your order has not arrived after 1 week. While we are not responsible for any packages lost or damaged during delivery process, we endeavor to resolve this matter as best as we could.
