The iCook® Wok is designed to make cooking and cleanup easier. When used with the Vitalok™ cooking method, it also makes cooking healthier. This 4-piece set includes a wok, lid, and lotus fry and steamer racks.
It features a 7-ply stainless steel construction that starts with a carbon-steel core for even heat distribution then adds inner and outer layers of 18/10 surgical-grade stainless steel.
It also features an Optitemp™ fully encapsulated cooking base for improved heat distribution, and works with most common cooktops. The Vitalok™ cooking method locks in one-third more nutrients (compared to traditional boiling), with little or no added oils. The handles are ergonomically designed to make everything easy to grip and use.

The iCook® Wok is a 4-piece 7-ply stainless steel cookware set with the following features:
- The unique "bowl"-shaped body has curved interior handles and large open designs to make it easy to stir and remove cooked foods, and is great for creating delicious Asian cuisines such as fried rice or stir-fry.
- The flat-bottom design is stable on cooktops and allows for serving at the dining table.
- Use in conjunction with the lotus fry rack for draining excess oil from fried foods. The lotus fry rack can be folded for space-saving storage or hung from the ring included on the outer edge of the rack.
- The steamer rack is perfect for steaming or stack cooking. Use as a cooling rack for foods or as a trivet for hot cookware.
- The dual handles with open grip design allow for firm and easy carrying.
- The Wok measures 12 1/8" wide by 4" deep.
