Direction to use:

1. Tear gently the seal on top and pull zip seal apart.
2. Pour breastmilk into storage bag, leave some room at the top to allow expassion when milk freezes.
3. Remove as much air as possible from the bag befire freezing.
4. Seal the bag and label date and time on the bag.
5. To thaw, place bag in the refrigerator or run under coole tap water.
6. DO NOT microwave storage bags.
7. DO NOT thaw in boiling water.
8. Discard leaftover milk, DO NOT refreeze.
