Garlic has been used therapeutically in many cultures for thousands of years. With its high concentration of sulfur-containing compounds, garlic has consistently demonstrated an ability to support immune function, cardiovascular health and provide antioxidant protection. Our standardized garlic powder is equal to one half bulb of fresh garlic and in addition to its allicin yield, it contains all the naturally occurring sulfur compounds (thiosulfinates and gamma-glutamylcysteines) that are inherent to this herb. Each tablet is enteric coated for odor control and to avoid stomach acids which can cause allicin decomposition. As a dietary supplement, adults take one (1) tablet with meals, or as directed by a health care professional. Store in a cool, dry place and away from direct light.
