DOSAGE AND ADMINISTRATION
Infants: 2 mL (approximately ½ teaspoon) (200,000 units) four times daily. Place one-half of dose, 1 mL (approximately ¼ teaspoon), in each side of mouth and avoid feeding for 5 to 10 minutes.
