The vasque lost 40 is a modern mukluk that is tough, technical, and built for cold. At its heart is a 7mm thick felted wool, removable liner, 200g of 3m thinsulate insulation and aerogel insulating foam underfoot for warmth. Anchored by the vibram overland sole molded in ice trek compound, the lost 40 grips frozen surfaces. With two zones of speed lacing for a snug fit, durable rough out leather, and a snow shedding soft shell upper, this is the one boot for those of us who have to work and play in the cold.
