Q1. If the item is defective and under warrranty, how to proceed with the exchange?

Please inform us by email or phone number before sending the item and after receiving the defective item, we will send out replacement to you. Alternatively, you may visit our warehouse at 48 Hillview Terrace #02-06 to do an exchange. Do remember to put in your name and return address on the mailer.

Q2. What do i need to bring for the store pick up?
- You will need to present the voucher code either on a print out from your email or on your mobile device via SMS from Qoo10 or you can log on to your Qoo10 app when you are here. Without the voucher code, we will not allow the orders to be picked up.
