Liquid Gambir APPLICATION :
Shake the bottle until you see the liquid inside turns bubblish with slight milky and muddy looks. ( see the bottle on the right hand side of the first picture above )  Apply the liquid sparingly onto the male private part (penis - see position to apply in the illustration below ) and wait for about 5 to 10 minutes for the liquid to dry. Wash your private part (penis) with soap and water.  You are ready for sex afterwards.
Note: you may wash off  1 min after you start to feel "minty hot" on your part, instead of waiting for 5 - 10 mins for the liquid to dry. ( each person's reaction may be slightly different, so it is difficult to generalize here, so the best time is to wash off 1 min after you started to feel minty hot ) 
Additional remarks : ADJUST the quantity applied, the time for the liquid to stay minty hot before wash off, (and the position of the application as in below illustration ) after you first experience.
