I got it engraved since it was free. It shipped very quickly and I received it within the next week. Unfortunately when I received it, as some others have mentioned, it had many white marks on it. I was so upset and disappointed because I knew they don't exchange if you get it engraved. But I thought it was worth a try, so I called the company. I was pleased that customer service answered quickly and they were happy to exchange it for me. Once again, the second watch shipped quickly but this one ALSO HAD WHITE MARKS. I didn't have time to exchange it AGAIN so I ended up just giving it to my boyfriend in the condition it was in, which was less than perfect. We took it to Dillard's to get some links taken out, and I asked the woman there what she thought I should do about the scratches and she took a look at it and all the marks needed were ALCOHOL WIPES and the marks are no longer there!!!! I just wanted to share this advice for anyone else who receives their watch with white marks. That was a present to somebody else. And the watch it self has some dust on strap. When i talked to customer service they were like you are leaving country tomorrow, we can't do anything right now.
