Our round diamond simulants are cut according to Diamond International Standards with "Hearts and Arrows". Viewed from the top using a scope, this stone  will reveal 8 geometrically distinctive arrows to bring out the fiery brilliance and rainbow flashed found only in ideally cut genuine diamonds.

Our Guarantee

Diamondlite products are set to the highest jewellery standards, hence should there be any manufacturing defect, simply send the items back to us for a replacement within seven (7) days from the date of delivery.

Diamondlite merchandise, like all precious and semi-precious items, require careful and proper care to ensure its optimal lifespan is sustained. Diamondlite products have a three (3) month warranty period, during which repairs will be free of charge only for damages resulting from reasonable wear and tear. Following these three (3) month period, any repairs or stone replacements will be charged accordingly.

During the three (3) month warranty period, repair services will be provided but standard relevant charges are applicable should the damages be as a result of the following

* Improper wearing and lack of care

* Repair-work or any alterations by craftsmen unauthorised by Diamondlite International Pte Ltd.

* Accidents causing jewellery to break, and stones to scratch, crack, loosen or drop off.

Terms and conditions:

• Miscellaneous costs such as postage, insurance and other maintenance fees are not applicable with regards to the Diamondlite guarantee.  
• Repair requests for incomplete merchandise purchased after 2 years will not be entertained. 
• Product exchanges due to manufacturing defects that cannot be fulfilled as a result of model discontinuation, will require customers to replace purchases with another Diamondlite item as similar/close to original value. Amounts exceeding the original value will require customers to top-up accordingly.  
• Diamondlite International Pte Ltd reserves the right to amend any terms and conditions herein to their discretion without prior notice.
