The built-in micro controller and PTC heater ensures a constant temperature most suitable for fermentation.

 

Timer

You can set the time of fermenting freely with the timer, and the yogurt maker will cut-off automatically when time's up. It will also set off an alarm to tell you that your yogurt is ready.

 

Container

LFGB certified container material insures safety. Each yogurt maker not only comes with a big container, but also includes smaller individual containers to make multiple servings.

Simple steps in making your own yoghurt:

Step 1:

Add 1 small sachet of Yoei Natural Yogurt Culture Powder or 50g plain yogurt to 0.5 litre of milk and mix well in clean fermenting container. Cover with the lids and place into the yogurt maker.

 

Step 2:

Plug in the power cord and set the timer (8-12hrs). Switch on the appliance. The yogurt maker will automatically switch off once the time is up.

 

Step 3:

Unplug the power cord. Place the container in the refrigerator till the yogurt cools down. Add desired flavoring, then enjoy your tasty and healthy homemade yogurt!
