Right now there are more skilled laborers exiting the workforce than entering it. To draw attention to this imbalance and raise money to support skilled American laborers, Mike started the mikeroweWORKS Foundation. Money raised will be disbursed to a variety of existing initiatives and organizations, including scholarship funds, community college programs, trade schools, and more.
