Customers are required to personally visit Xiaomi Service Center in China for this 1 Year Official Xiaomi Warranty claims. "Exclude Processing Fee" means we can help customers to return the item back to Xiaomi Service Center in China for any warranty claims for a processing fee (international shipping fees, both ways) to be determined at time of claim. Fees are based on standard International Courier Fees (eg. SF Express, Federal Express, DHL, UPS etc.) at time of claim. We strongly suggest customers to purchase our Local Warranty, where customers can visit our local Singapore service center for any warranty claims (within the warranty period). For Local Warranty, we will cover all the shipping fees to Xiaomi Service Center in China - no extra charge to customers.
