This is why I bought them They do have a plush inside elastic. They also have a horrible rough sharp edged seam directly below the soft elastic. I have to wear them inside out. They are also of a lesser quality cotton that is not very soft. Was moving and needed them or would have returned them. Also recently returned what looked like a nice long sleeved tee for the same type of seaming at the neckline. The reason I've always bought Hanes is because they were the only brand I could trust to have a crotch that actually gave full coverage. But these are totally disappointing. The crotch in these could only cover a 10-year-old. And hardly anything is as uncomfortable as a poor-fitting crotch in panties.
