Terms & Conditions 

Purchase   

o  All items sold are not refundable or exchangeable.   

o  All items will be inspected before delivery.

o  All orders placed in Saturday/Sunday/Public Holiday will be shipped out on the following working day. (Working days are Mon-Fri excluding Saturday/Sunday and Public Holiday.)   

o  In the event an item is out of stock, we will notify you for refund or change of order.   

o  Please check your mailing address before payment. Customer will have to bear the cost of re-posting in the event of returned mail due to incomplete or incorrect address.   

o  As payments are managed by Gmarket, please contact Gmarket regarding any payment matters.  

Delivery  

o  Item will be sent out via Singpost normal mail in 1 to 2 working days after payment is cleared. 

o  Normal mail will take about 2-5 working days (excluding Sat and Sun) to reach your mailbox.  

    Do note that delivery time will take longer during festive seasons and long weekends. 

o  We will not be held responsible for any items lost or damaged during delivery by Singpost. 

o  Registered mail* via Singpost is recommended. Online tracking number will be provided once item has been posted.

o  For customers without paypal account or credit card, direct payment via internet banking transfer can be arranged. Please contact us at sgtrendy@gmail.com.

o  For purchase of 2 or more items on the same day, select one item as “Registered Mail” and the rest of the items as “Normal Mail”. 

   (We will group the order base on the delivery address as one order as the items is purchased on the same day and will be mailed out together. you need not pay additional registered postage.)
