I'm just learning and it has a lot of features that the pricer ones have (eg. auto take off and auto land) as half the cost. Shipping was a hassle so order it a few weeks before you need it if you're giving it as a present. Shipping is FedEx Smart Post. Overall a great toy grade quadcopter with great control range. WiFi FPV only works up close and there isn't a micro SD reader so not recommended for FPV use or pictures anywhere past 60ft. Only records to your smartphone.
