At JConcept.my, we are committed to selling only quality and genuine products. We want you to be pleased with your purchases. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchases, you may let us know, we will proceed with your refunds. The returned item must be in its original packaging and saleable state together with its original box and etc.

Please take note on the following guidelines.

• Customer has to pay for the delivery back of the item, unless it's a direct fault or mistake on our side (*). We recommend that customer insure the package and deliver via a traceable method such as carrier company offers traceable method.

• In case customers insist of exchanging to others product, customer will have to pay for the delivery of the new item.

• Exchange or return will only be processed after the returned item has been received in good and sale-able condition, with its original packaging. Please email us for return address.

• Refund is only applicable to Malaysian bank accounts, and to Paypal accounts.

• Any used, scratches or damages caused by own careless will not be accepted.

• If you don't have your receipt, as long as you have a proof of purchase, we'll exchange the item or give you a refund.

• In case where the product is out of stock at the time after the customer made payment, we will decide the best way to refund to you.

We reserve the right to refuse a return/exchange/refund of any item if the above requirements are not fulfilled.

Notes:

(*) Direct fault on our side includes:

• We delivered wrong item (includes color, models) to the customer.

• We delivered a damaged item. Every item is carefully inspected before it’s packed and delivered.
