NOW® L-Carnitine Liquid provides all of the extensive benefits of Carnitine in a highly absorbable liquid form. Directions
Suggested Usage: Shake well before using. As a dietary supplement, take 1 tablespoon 2 times daily, preferably on an empty stomach. Consider taking these other NOW products: CLA and Lecithin.
