Terms and Conditions

TheJLabel is committed to make shopping enjoyable and convenient for you. Kindly read through our terms and conditions carefully before placing your order. By using this website and/or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

TheJLabel may amend these terms & conditions from time to time without notice to you.

GENERAL

• Our working days are Mondays to Fridays, excluding weekends and public holidays.
• For enquiries, kindly email us at TheJLabel.sgp@gmail.com.
• Order enquiries will only be attended to through email.
• All transactions (emails and payment verifications) will be attended to within 1 - 3 working days.
• It may take between 3 - 4 working days during Festive Peak Period.
• Please refrain from sending us multiple emails if you do not receive a reply. This will mean your email is pushed further up and it will take us even longer to get back to you. Rest assured we will get back to you as soon as possible.

PRODUCT

We take all reasonable care to ensure that information of our products are displayed as accurately as possible. By placing an order you are offering to purchase a product on and subject to the following terms and conditions. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.

• Colors of the product(s) may differ from what you see on the screen due to different operating machines and monitors.
• Prints may differ due to nature of fabric.
• A difference of 0.5”-1” between the product(s) received from what which was provided for in our given measurements may not be considered as a defect.
• Do check with us if you’re unsure of the measurements/ sizing.

DELIVERY

We currently offer standard Qxpress delivery. All orders are processed and dispatched within 1 to 3 working days upon verification of payment. Delivery is carried out during working hours, Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and local public holidays.

• By purchasing, we deemed the customer as agreeable to their parcels being mailed via Qxpress.
• Dispatch times may vary according to availability and any guarantees or representations made as to delivery times are subject to any delays resulting from postal delays or force majeure for which we will not be responsible.
• TheJLabel is unable to amend orders nor combine orders which were separately made after it is placed. Please double check your order details before confirming the order.
• Local postage is free for Normal Mail and S$3.50 for Registered Mail (recommended).
• As tracking is not available for normal mail, TheJLabel will not be held liable for any lost parcels/ damaged items mailed out via this mode of postage.
• Please opt for the safer option – registered mail.
• If you wish to seek assistance directly from SingPost regarding mail-related issues, you may do so at www.singpost.com or call them at 1605.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

• All items are strictly non-refundable. Sale items and accessories are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
• All additional postage cost will be borne by the customer. Customers are to mail the item(s) via a mode of delivery that allows tracking.
• We only accept returns for defective items and wrong items received.

In the event that you received defective / incorrect item(s) , please email us at TheJLabel.sgp@gmail.com with the following information:

1. Order ID and item(s) purchased.
2. Clear picture and description of the defect / incorrect item(s).

Our team will get back to you with greater details on returns via email.

• Item(s) to be returned must not be worn and must be returned in their original packaging, with tags intact, unwashed and unaltered.
• Please also note that items are to be returned within 10 working days from the date parcel was delivered. Requests after 10 days will not be applicable for exchanges regardless of reason.
• We do not provide Cash Refunds for Returns.
• TheJLabel will not be providing any Returns should you purchase our merchandise from any third party.

TheJLabel reserves the right to reject any returns and exchanges that do not comply with the conditions stated above. If your package is not accepted, it will be sent back to you at your expense and an exchange will not be granted.
