                                      Steps to check for your Macbook model:
1) Check your serial number 
i) In OS X 

On most computers with OS X, you can find the serial number in the About This Mac window (on the top left hand corner of your screen) 




ii) On the surface of your Macbook 

On most computers with OS X, you can find the serial number in the About This Mac window. Depending on your model of your computer, the serial number is either on the back of the case or inside the battery bay. 




* Note: A limited number of MacBook Pro computers shipped with a different serial number on the computer label than the one that appears in the About This Mac window. If the About This Mac window says that the computer's serial number is something like 23456VJ0LL, check the serial number in the battery bay—if the two differ, use the serial number in the battery bay instead of the one in About This Mac. MacBook Pro computers of model MA463LL/A with serial numbers W8612xxxxxx may be affected.


2) Look for the corresponding Macbook model in accordance to their serial numbers

  Details of delivery and exchange

     Delivery time 
I will mail your order via Singpost within 0-2 working day after payment is confirmed. You will be able to receive your item within 2-5 days after payment date.

         Delivery method
Delivery to Singapore address will be handled by Singpost 

              Normal mail 
Parcel will be delivered to your doorstep. In case nobody is at home to receive the item, the postman will leave a collection slip at your door for collection at the nearest post office. No tracking number is available for normal mail. 

                   Exchange and Return
