A: Wet hair. Work the shampoo bar into a rich lather and massage gently onto scalp. For best results, leave the shampoo on for two minutes before rinsing off with warm water. Use the Biconi Soap Saver Bag to prolong the lifespan of your Bar. Place in a soap tray when not in use and keep in a cool, dry place as Bar will soften when left in water.

A: Yes, this is normal. The oiliness you feel may be an effect of the shampoo bar clearing oil blockages from your hair follicles. With some shampoos, the natural oils (sebum) of your hair are stripped out. This leaves your hair and scalp vulnerable to the environs. Your scalp compensates for this by producing even more oil to make up for the loss of sebum. Excessive sebum production can cause blockage in the hair follicles, resulting in hair loss.
